JK Services processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We retain customer records (including service history and invoices) for the period required by South African tax and consumer-protection legislation. General enquiries that do not lead to a booking are discarded within 12 months.
